Solidarity towards PFLP leader Ahmad Saadat continues!
New reports from Mandela Association for Prisoners and Detainees revealed that the Israeli prisons’ administration already moved the General Secretary of PFLP Ahmad Saadat from Ashkelon prison to Rimon detention center in the middle of the desert, as a continuation of its policy of isolation and oppression against Saadat, and its aim to destroy his will, strength and insistence on defending the issues of all political prisoners.
Comrade Saadat had already launched a hunger strike for 9 days before to protest the policy of detention and isolation practiced by the Israeli criminals.
It is important to mention that the Zionist courts sentenced comrade Saadat to 30 years of prison on December 25, 2008 after kidnapping him from detention of the Palestinian National Authority on March 14, 2006 under US and UK sponsorship.
WFDY calls for more solidarity with comrade Saadat and more struggle to put popular and official pressure after succeeding in raising the issue in front of the General Secretary of the UN through the International Campaign to release Ahmad Saadat.
